What do the mobile error codes mean?
Access ParaChat from any mobile device! The chat server will display an error code and message if certain conditions exist that prevent you from accessing a ParaChat room. Identify the meaning of error codes that display in the ParaChat chat window when you try to connect from your smartphone or tablet. Below is a list of error codes and their meanings.
Error Code=972 will display when the password input for a user name does not match the password in the member database. Please check that your password is correct, then try to log in again.
Error Code=973 will display when the user name that was input to log in to the chat room was blocked from connecting because it is suspended. Please input a different user name, then try to log in again.
Error Code=974 will display when an issue exists with authenticating a user name against a member database, such as a database being down or unreachable. Please wait a few minutes, then try to log in again.
Error Code=975 will display when access is blocked by the chat server because of too many log-ins from the same IP address. Please disconnect one or more of your user sessions, then try to log in again.
Error Code=976 will display when an internal server error condition exists that prevents a user from connecting to the chat server. Please wait a few minutes, then try to log in again.
Error Code=977 will display when a server handle error condition exists that prevents a user from successfully connecting to the chat server. Please wait a few minutes, then try to log in again.
