In order to more promptly and efficiently assist customers and users with their support inquiries, the ParaChat Support Team requires an account in order to open a support ticket. Current customers may simply log into their existing account to open a support ticket. Users without an account may create an account with us.
Once you have created and logged into your account, to open a new support ticket, please click the Open Ticket link at the top of the page, then click Support:
Establishing an account for support purposes allows our support team to readily identify your account, the ParaChat service you have licensed, and access a complete support history that is permanently stored on your account. It also allows you to manage and refer to the information provided by the Support Team at any time.
